Granada 10k

I am pleased to say I managed to do the Granada 10k, which I think in actual fact was much less than advertised and thank heaven it was. It was quite tough the first hill was fine a little hard going but I didn’t really prepare me for the run through the Albaicin, which although was more difficult was an unforgettable experience. In fact the whole run was one not for times but for the experience and I look forward to the next. In addition to this I was very pleased that Africa also took part in the 1500m and although she found it a little difficult she kept going like a true athlete!
